The Impact You'll Make
As a Maintenance Leader, you will play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability, operational safety, and production performance. Your leadership will help drive the transition from reactive maintenance to a proactive reliability culture, ensuring high equipment availability and supporting business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and operational reliability.

and implement proactive maintenance programs that reduce unexpected breakdowns and improve performance.

Coordinate maintenance technicians, daily priorities, and shift activities to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation issues to support uninterrupted production.

Manage spare parts availability and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure timely repairs and continuous operations.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automation, or related technical disciplines.

Proven ability to build and execute preventive, predictive, or condition-based maintenance programs.

Strong understanding of industrial equipment, facility systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance best practices.

Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Effective communication and team leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
