Customer & Solutions · Mexico City · Remote · FullTime · Mid level
This is a customer-facing technical role where the person gets Devin working inside real engineering teams, from first setup through steady daily use. A strong candidate writes solid code in a language like Python or TypeScript, talks easily with both engineers and executives, and takes ownership without waiting for direction. Native-level Spanish is required, and the job involves regular travel.
How it fits the AI era The work centers on helping teams hand real tasks to an AI software agent, so much of the day is spotting which tasks suit it, fixing integration snags, and reading how it behaves in practice. The tooling does the coding, but trust, judgment, and relationships stay human. Deciding what is worth automating, calming concerns, and carrying customer feedback back to the product team all depend on a person.
How it builds AI experience The role offers close,

hands-on exposure to how engineering organizations adopt an autonomous coding agent in live production settings, including what works and what breaks. To build this before applying, try using AI coding agents on real projects, document where they succeed and fail, and practice explaining those results to other engineers.
Worth showing Python or TypeScript projects
Debugging real software systems
Customer-facing technical demos
