ZIEHL-ABEGG is currently looking for a high energy and results-oriented Accounts Payable specialist who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company.

Accountant Accounts Payable
Your main responsibilities will be:

Timely processing of employee expense items (e.g. travel expenses)

Verification of monthly expense reports

Confirmation of balances with other ZA subsidiaries

Year-end closing support

Year-end audit support

Assist in credit to customers

Coordination of financial quality issues between ZA US & ZASE DE

Preparation of freight costs report for ZASE DE

Assist in separation of duties of treasury functions

Assistance with special projects

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Accounting knowledge (work experience) and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Experience in the supplier payment process preferred

Understanding of account reconciliation process
