Key Responsibilities

and motivate a team of cleaning technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all assigned areas.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention and ensure compliance with cleaning standards.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cleaning services, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Prepare reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory levels.

Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate cleaning efforts and minimize disruption to operations.

Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functioning correctly, arranging for repairs when necessary.

Stay updated on industry best practices and new cleaning technologies.
