Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
Advanced English proficiency / Bilingual.
Experience managing month-end close procedures, revenue recognition accounting (ASC 606, 605), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) compliance.
Experience in SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) reporting, including coordinating the filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, or 6-K.
Strong proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS.
Extensive experience presenting complex financial data and variance reports to executive leadership.
Proven track record in managing external audits and vendor relationships.
