Roche seeks a Sequencing Solutions Specialist to drive the commercial growth and technical success of its Next-Generation Sequencing portfolio. You will manage the full customer lifecycle—from acquiring new customers and pre-sales validation to post-sales onboarding and troubleshooting.
Based in Mexico City with up to 50% travel, you will lead technical pitches, design end-to-end solutions, and support bids and tenders while collaborating with lab directors, PIs, and cross-functional teams.
