The Impact You'll Make
As an Accounts Payable Intern , you'll gain hands‑on experience across the Procure-to-Pay process while contributing to accurate and timely financial operations for Latin America.

You'll work closely with Finance, Procurement, external partners, and vendors to solve real payment and invoice challenges. Your contribution will help keep accounts accurate, payments on track, and processes running smoothly.

This is an opportunity to learn by doing , strengthen your finance and analytical skills, and gain practical experience in a collaborative, international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Support Accounts Payable activities by reviewing open balances and helping resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate accounts.

Monitor invoices, payments, and goods receipt/invoice receipt items , coordinating with stakeholders to resolve pending or rejected transactions.

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, external partners, and vendors to address invoice queries, corrections, credit notes, and payment issues.

Track overdue payments and vendor requests , helping ensure timely resolution of reminders, escalations, and critical cases.

Prepare and validate monthly reports and metrics ,



using data to identify discrepancies and support continuous process improvement.

What We're Looking For

You are currently studying Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field .

You have a basic understanding of financial and accounting principles and an interest in developing your Accounts Payable knowledge.

You can communicate in intermediate English , both written and spoken, and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

You are organized and proactive, with the analytical skills to identify discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution .

You enjoy working as part of a team, learning new processes, and taking responsibility for your work.
