Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in a call center environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service call center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent completed.
- Willingness to work and/or rotate shifts, including weekends.
