As a Financial Analyst at FARO CREAFORM, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales compensation programs while contributing to the growth of our global sales organization.You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to manage commission calculations, reporting, process improvements, and compensation plan administration in a fast-paced international environment.Key Responsibilities In This Financial Analyst PositionCalculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions and incentivesAct as the primary contact for commission-related questions from the Sales teamMaintain compensation plans, targets, rates, and exception managementReview and validate commission data to ensure accuracyPrepare compensation reports, analytics, and financial reconciliationsCollaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support quality controls and commission processesIdentify opportunities to improve and automate compensation processesSupport global standardization of sales compensation practicesWhat will help you succeed in this Financial Analyst positionBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, or a similar environmentAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with commission management tools such as Callidus is an assetStrong analytical,
