Are you an experienced bilingual Account Manager ready to drive new projects and manage key accounts in the automotive sector? We are seeking a highly motivated professional with specialized knowledge in APQP to join a leading automotive company in Nuevo León.

? WHAT WE OFFER (SALARY & BENEFITS)

- Gross Monthly Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 MXN (based on experience).
- Benefits: Above statutory requirements (Prestaciones superiores a la ley).
- Financial Perks: Capped Savings Fund & Performance Bonuses.
- Additional Allowances: Punctuality/Attendance Bonuses (PP, PA) and Food Vouchers (Vales).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Location: Actual León (Immediate Hiring).

? MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Bilingual Proficiency: Advanced English and Spanish.
- Industry Experience: Proven B2B industrial sales experience within the Automotive Industry .
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in APQP , technical sales, quote management, and commercial negotiation.
- Travel Readiness: Valid Passport and US Visa are strictly required for travel to the United States.
- Key Skills: High-level negotiation, organization, detail-oriented,



and excellent follow-up capabilities.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage quotes and drive commercial follow-up for assigned key accounts.
- Lead client communication regarding all commercial and business matters.
- Identify, track, and close new leads, prospects, and projects.
- Represent the company at trade shows to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure all quotes and POs align with company policies.
- Manage commercial impacts of engineering changes, packaging updates, and similar requests.
- Follow up on payments, PO validation, and project closures.
- Act as the bridge between client needs and internal engineering, product, and commercial teams.

? PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Secured projects and profit margins.
- New client acquisition rates.
