Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Previous experience in Administration, Accounting, or Accounts Payable.

- Skills:

- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Experience with invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Process, review, and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

- Prepare and process vendor payments according to established payment terms.

- Perform accounts payable reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with vendor statements.

- Verify purchase orders, invoices,



and supporting documentation before processing payments.

- Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments to avoid late fees.

- Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.

- Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and ensure proper documentation.

- Support internal and external audits by providing financial records and supporting documents.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable financial regulations.

- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, and other departments to resolve payment discrepancies.

- Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and increase operational efficiency.
