Salary:

$30,000 - $35,000 MXN gross per month (depending on experience)

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting and as an accounting assistant.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Proven experience in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Accounting Entries: Proficiency in recording journal entries and transactions related to revenue, expenses, payments, and collections.
- Reconciliations & Invoicing: Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, discrepancy analysis, and CFDI 4.0 electronic invoicing.
- Taxation & Compliance: Knowledge of VAT (IVA) and Income Tax (ISR) calculations, financial statements, accounting analysis, and Mexican tax regulations.
- Tools: Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
- Languages: Intermediate English proficiency (ability to hold fluent conversations and participate in interviews in English).
