Role: AI-Native Engineer

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico – Hybrid

Role Summary

We are seeking AI-Native Engineers to build, deploy, maintain, and optimize production-grade Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent systems. This is a hands-on engineering and production support role focused on the complete AI lifecycle, including development, integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain multi-agent AI systems using Gemini, Google ADK, and Vertex AI.
- Build agent orchestration, API integrations, RAG pipelines, and vector database solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, BigQuery migrations, ETL/ELT workflows, and data validation processes.
- Monitor production AI systems, troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and optimize performance.
- Implement AI observability, telemetry, logging, and monitoring using Cloud Monitoring, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent tools.
- Establish continuous evaluation, automated testing, golden datasets, hallucination detection,



and output quality monitoring.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, security, access controls, and data privacy.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, rollback strategies, and ongoing system improvements.

Technical Requirements

- AI & Agentic AI: Gemini, Google ADK, Vertex AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
- Programming: Python, REST/gRPC APIs, Docker, Git, automated testing, CI/CD.
- Cloud & Data: GCP, BigQuery, LookML, ETL/ELT pipelines.
- RAG & Vector Databases: Vertex AI Vector Search, Pinecone, Chroma, or equivalent.
- Monitoring & Observability: Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

Experience Expectations

- Senior: Lead multi-agent architecture, complex production incident resolution, RCA, high-availability design, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Intermediate: Develop, maintain, test, monitor, and troubleshoot AI applications, data pipelines, and production workflows.
