AI Native Engineer

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are looking for AI Native Engineers to develop, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise AI applications, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent systems.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in AI engineering, production support, data pipelines, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain AI agents and multi-agent applications.
- Work with Gemini, Google ADK, Vertex AI, and RAG solutions.
- Build and manage AI workflows, API integrations, and automation.
- Monitor production AI applications and resolve technical issues.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage data migration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BigQuery.




- Maintain Vector Databases and RAG pipelines.
- Monitor AI performance, data quality, and system reliability.
- Perform testing, deployment, and continuous improvements.

Required Technical Skills:

- AI/ML: Generative AI, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Gemini.
- Frameworks: Google ADK, Vertex AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
- Cloud & Data: GCP, BigQuery, LookML, ETL/ELT.
- RAG & Vector DB: RAG, Vector Search, Pinecone, Chroma.
- Programming: Python, REST APIs, gRPC.
- Monitoring: Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
- DevOps: Docker, Git, CI/CD, Automated Testing.
