Your Role As a Controller, you will lead the financial planning, reporting, and control activities of the Centec Juárez operation. You will partner closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strong financial performance, effective cost management, compliance with internal controls, and informed business decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational and financial results while supporting key manufacturing initiatives and long-term business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reporting.
• Drive manufacturing cost analysis and the complete costing process, analyzing monthly manufacturing expenses to identify cost drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor monthly sales performance and develop, monitor, and report key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights into revenue trends and overall business performance.
• Manage and strengthen financial and operational internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support investment planning and control processes for capital expenditures (CAPEX) and coordinate the annual physical inventory process.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to identify cost optimization and performance improvement opportunities while providing financial guidance across plant initiatives.
• Support strategic planning activities that drive profitability, operational excellence, and long-term business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, supporting their technical and professional growth. Your Background
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance,



Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance roles, with strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Strong experience preparing and analyzing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements, with expertise in cost accounting, manufacturing costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or Oracle (HFM), financial reporting tools, financial and operational internal controls, and KPI development, monitoring, and reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency, with strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and business-partnering capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making through financial analysis and business insights, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Experience supporting CAPEX projects, leading or mentoring finance teams, and working in manufacturing or automotive environments is preferred. Why join Aptiv?
