Accounting Analyst

Área: Finance

Objetivo de posición: Support accurate accounting records, customer billing and collections follow-up, reconciliations and financial documentation, ensuring timely information and compliance with internal controls.

Requisitos

- Lic. Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afín.
- Al menos 2 o 3 años de experiencia en: REGISTROS CONTABLES, FACTURACIÓN, COBRANZA, PAGOS, CONCILIACIONES BANCARIAS, ADMINISTRACIÓN FINANCIERA
- Inglés conversacional (Intermedio - avanzado)

Habilidades técnicas:

- Accounting entries, account reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
- CFDI invoicing, accounts receivable, collections follow-up and expense verification.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel; ERP and accounting software (Odoo, CONTPAQi or COI desirable)

Actividades:

- Record daily accounting transactions, review supporting documentation and maintain updated accounting ledgers in ERP.
- Issue and validate customer invoices (CFDI), credit notes and billing corrections; organize fiscal documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up with customers on overdue balances,



apply collections and reconcile customer statements.
- Reconcile bank movements, sales reports, invoices and accounting balances; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Support accounts payable, supplier invoice review, expense reimbursements, petty cash controls and month-end closing activities.

Sueldo a negociar con base en experiencia + bono trimestral
