JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for supporting accurate and timely accounting operations, ensures financial transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies, local statutory requirements, and international accounting standards. The position plays a key role in monthly close activities, account reconciliations, reporting accuracy, and process improvement initiatives that support the broader finance organization. This role is intended for a professional with strong technical accounting capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Practical/Technical Skills General Accounting & Financial Close
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Assist with accruals, prepaids, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets accounting.



Multi-Country / Global Finance Support
• Support accounting activities for multiple legal entities and/or countries.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting.
• Assist with foreign currency transactions and intercompany reconciliations where applicable. Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accounting documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready (internal &external;) Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Support standardization initiatives within the general finance organization.
• Participate in ERP or finance systems improvements and implementations as needed. Main Role Challenges
• Working across different countries, time zones, and accounting requirements. Ensuring high accuracy in a fast-paced environment with significant transaction volume.

• Collaborative mindset REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
•

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in all areas of general accounting
• Experience with a multinational or global finance organization
• Language

Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and good working knowledge of English
