You'll work alongside experienced security professionals, support critical security operations, and build expertise across endpoint, network, cloud, and application security environments.

? What You'll Do

Monitor and respond to security alerts across enterprise security platforms.

Provide L2 support for security tools and technologies, assisting users and troubleshooting security-related issues.

Support triage and initial response activities for P1 and P2 security incidents.

Investigate endpoint protection, authentication, access management, and security agent-related issues.

Assist with vulnerability management and remediation tracking.

Contribute to runbooks, process improvements, compliance activities, and security automation initiatives.

Collaborate with Security Operations, Security Engineering, Infrastructure, and IT Support teams.

✅ What We're Looking For

2+ year of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Operations, IT Security, Technical Support, SOC, or related environments.

Exposure to EDR technologies such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or similar tools.





Foundational knowledge of network security concepts, including:

Firewalls

IDS/IPS

VPNs

Network traffic analysis

AI

Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong troubleshooting mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
