- Oversee and deliver accurate financial reporting across Bacardi's Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) region, covering a diverse portfolio of emerging markets.
- Drive a strong internal control environment across the region, partnering effectively with both internal and external auditors.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams, General Finance, and Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES) to ensure complex accounting matters are reported in accordance with US GAAP.
- Partner with in‑market, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to drive working capital optimization initiatives.
- Work with in‑market teams and Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting, tax reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead process efficiency and optimization initiatives across multiple finance sub‑processes, while supporting the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
- Contribute to strategic and special projects in partnership with regional and global stakeholders.
- Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities to strengthen systems, controls, and processes.
- Champion accounting excellence, governance, and control best practices across the organization.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills and Experience Needed to Create Your Legacy:

- Big Four audit experience and/or relevant industry experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and US GAAP.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance standards,



and financial processes to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and CAPEX.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate cross‑functionally, and influence business decisions through effective stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to identify solutions through analytical thinking, sound judgment, and innovation.
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and influencing senior leadership.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Master's degree and CPA qualification required.
