TE Connectivity's Medical business is seeking a Cable Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Guaymas, Sonora.
Key Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process control.
- Knowledge of equipment and process validation (MVP/IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Knowledge of cable manufacturing equipment.
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge.
- Knowledge of risk analysis.
- Basic knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of equipment used in the manufacturing of electrical cables for medical devices.
- Knowledge of equipment and process validation.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and systems.
- Experience in equipment and/or machinery design, development, and implementation in manufacturing environments.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, including participation in client meetings and presentations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Good computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, CAD, and project management software.
