We’re looking for a Collections Analyst who combines strong Accounts Receivable, data analysis, campaign management, and leadership skills .

You’ll manage AR accounts, run outbound collection campaigns across dialer, SMS, and email , lead collection agents, and use data to improve recovery and reduce overdue balances.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor AR aging reports and identify high-risk and delinquent accounts.
- Review payment history and determine the right next steps in the collections process.
- Process and send termination notices and account closure transactions according to company policies and regulations.
- Manage daily predictive dialer operations, including lead uploads, dialing settings, and troubleshooting.
- Create and improve collection scripts for agents.
- Manage targeted SMS and email campaigns for delinquent accounts.
- Monitor campaigns and adjust pacing and routing to improve contact rates and agent productivity.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of collection agents.
- Track KPIs including contact rate, promise-to-pay (PTP) rate, and dollars collected .
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly collection reports.
- Analyze results and present insights and recommendations to senior management.

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years of experience in collections, Accounts Receivable, or financial analytics.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience .
- Hands-on experience with predictive dialers, CRM systems, and SMS/email platforms .
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs , or experience with BI tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create effective collection scripts and professional notices.
- Spanish proficiency is required; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Confidence communicating with senior management and presenting performance insights.
