Key Responsibilities: As part of our inbound customer support team, you will:

- Provide support with insurance payment processing and account-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures.
This campaign primarily handles straightforward inbound calls,
focused on resolving customer concerns and ensuring a seamless support experience.
