Job Role LM125: Warehouse Agent II (Open) LM125: Warehouse Agent II Full time Blvd Miguel Aleman sn San Pedro Totoltepec San Pedro Totoltepec ***** Toluca, MEX Mexico "Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities , despatch activities and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities. Lead or senior levels of these positions may:" - Handle escalated or more complex issues - Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff - Support supervisor or manager activities - Support the design,



review and implementation of processes and procedure General job description Under limited supervision performs the following activities: - Responsible for the movement of packages and documentation within FedEx facilities and/or customs/forwarders.
- Maintains customs documentation well organized and properly filed.
- Distributes relevant customs paperwork to appropriate FedEx departments, customs raters, and forwarders as required.
- Receives customs releases and maintains adequate control as specified by customs regulations; scans all outgoing A.M. releases, ensuring proper packages are going out and improperly scanned and stickered packages (unreleased from customs) are not sent; and prepares in-bond transfers.
- Performs sorting, baggage support at airport and station, and retrieves air freight from carriers as required - Pulls copy of AWBS of overages to ensure adjustments.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements - High School degree/Equivalent - Good English Skills Minimum Experience - Two (2) years of previous experience in international freight/cargo customs policies, procedures, rules, and laws preferred.
- Knowledge of airport and customs clearance procedures preferred - Forklift handling experience - CRT experience preferred.
Minimum Required skills - Ability to lift 70 lbs.
(32 kgs) and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs.
(68 kgs) with appropriate equipment.
- Verifiable ability to capture data in different systems such as Office - Advanced Excel - and WMS / JDA / eGLS ****** WPM), data entry and / or general office skills - Personable and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver's license.
General office skills and computer literate.
