In this role, you will join an established engineering and product environment at Forte, collaborating across international teams to design and deliver scalable digital platforms. You will lead design within a high-traffic consumer marketplace environment, driving product strategy, customer experience, and interface consistency across multi-surface web and mobile applications. As a Senior Product Designer, Marketplace, you will contribute to its success by taking end-to-end ownership of core product areas, synthesizing customer research and analytics into clear problem statements, facilitating collaborative workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentoring design team members to elevate craft and design system standards. Key Competencies
• Drive end-to-end product design processes from problem framing and customer research through high-fidelity prototyping, design system implementation, and post-launch measurement.
• Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data, and design A/B test strategies to continuously optimize conversion rates, engagement metrics, and product usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering leaders to align technical capabilities, define product roadmaps, and communicate design decisions in business-oriented terms. Mandatory Technical Skills
• 6+ years of experience in product design, including 2+ years of experience in a senior role owning complex, large-scale consumer applications or two-sided marketplaces.
• Advanced expertise in Figma for interaction design,



visual craft, component creation, and interactive prototyping across web and native mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and documenting component libraries within enterprise design systems (design tokens, reusable UI patterns, cross-platform UI sync).
• Practical knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) and experience designing for screen readers, keyboard navigation, and assistive technologies. Nice to Have Skills
• Familiarity with user research and analytics platforms such as FullStory, Adobe Analytics, or quantitative funnel analysis tools.
• Practical experience using modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make) or designing AI-driven product features like conversational search.
• Domain exposure to high-consideration purchase flows, e-commerce listing pages, lead generation platforms, or financing tools. Qualifications
• Proven ability to articulate design strategy, negotiate priorities, and present proposals clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional negotiation skills within empowered product development teams.
