• Previous experience leading a manufacturing plant or business unit.
• Full responsibility for plant operations and financial results.
• Experience managing Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and EHS.
• Proven experience with new product launches and operational ramp-ups.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with international customers and corporate teams.
• Fluent business English.
• A stable and progressive professional career. Automotive experience is highly desirable.
