Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with 5+ years of experience to support organizational transformation initiatives for our client, a leading general organization. The ideal candidate will drive user adoption and ensure a smooth transition to new processes, systems, and ways of working. The role requires strong expertise in change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and change impact assessments.

Mexicali Primarily role is Hybrid but we're fine with candidates who can do occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities
• Experience Required: 5–8 years of overall professional experience, including 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and supporting organizational transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify stakeholder groups affected by organizational or technology changes.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies to promote awareness, readiness, and adoption.




• Design and coordinate training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for end users.
• Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, HR teams, and technical teams to support organizational readiness.
• Monitor user adoption, assess change effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Identify resistance to change and develop strategies to address concerns and improve engagement.
• Prepare change management deliverables, including communication materials, training documentation, readiness assessments, and progress reports.
• Work in a hybrid setup and travel to Mexicali as needed, based on project requirements.
