About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor Remote in Mexico to join our wedding editing team. In this role, you will manage the complete editing workflow—from initial file download through final photo gallery delivery—ensuring every client receives a beautiful, timeless gallery of their special day. You will be paid monthly on a per-project basis. You will be expected to complete 4-5 wedding gallery per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Download and organize all RAW photos from each wedding (usually 3,000 to 6,000 photos)
- Go through the photos and choose the best ones
- Edit photos in Adobe Lightroom using our presets
- Make basic fixes: exposure, shadows,



highlights, tint, white balance, noise, cropping, and straightening
- Make sure all photos in the gallery look consistent and high quality
- Deliver finished galleries on time

Requirements

- Experience editing photos, ideally wedding photos
- Good understanding of what makes a great wedding gallery and what couples expect
- Strong skills in Adobe Lightroom
- Sharp eye for detail and consistency
- Good judgment when choosing which photos to keep
- Well organized and able to work on several projects at once
- Delivers high quality work on time
