Customer Contact Customer Contact works focuses on optimizing and monitoring processes related to customer order processing, shipping, and returns including: Processing complex orders from customers and resolving order/delivery issues; tracking and ensuring that systems are updated with the latest information on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments.Your RoleAnalyze and process customer demand with proper planning time fenceExperience with SAPExperience with STLA, CHAMPS, Covisint, ****, IMS7, GSDB and others as plusResponsible for contact for all requirements, deliveries, shipments and customer service attentionHandling product deliveries finishing and assignment, manage materials system to ensure that the customer's requirements are exact and communicate them to the assembly plants.Formulate and delegate logistics for emergency deliveriesResponsible for logistics, order fulfillment and customer payments, facilitating problem solving with customer materialResponsible for dispute process within Customer Portals or Process ToolsActing as liaison between customers, production and distribution departmentsAnalyze and summarizing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends,
