About Ayni Foods Ayni Foods supplies Peruvian food ingredients to manufacturers, brands and distributors in the United States, Mexico and Peru. The role We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator in Tijuana to own our commercial operation day to day. You will be the central point of contact for clients and will work directly with leadership, coordinating with marketing, our operations team in Peru and our customers. What you’ll do
• Manage the company’s sales inbox and respond to client inquiries from the U.
S., Mexico and Peru.
• Log every contact, quote and sale in our CRM , keeping it accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate quotes with our operations team and follow up on each one through closing.
• Follow up on collections and client invoicing.
• Prepare a weekly sales report for leadership.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and clients to keep every opportunity moving. What you need




• Advanced or fluent English, spoken and written (required).
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales or commercial coordination, ideally B2B or international trade.
• Experience with a CRM and office tools.
• Organized, proactive and able to follow up independently and coordinate several people.
• Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information. Nice to have
• Experience in the food, ingredients or supplements industry.
• Experience with exports, quotes or collections.
