Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate client workshops to define as-is/to-be processes and gather requirements in English and Spanish.
• Develop functional specs, process flow diagrams, and Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and support UAT testing.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Requirements:

Education:
BA/BS Degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
•
Experience:
5+ years in IT business process analysis and optimization.
• Core Focus: Proven functional expertise on the ServiceNow platform.
• Preferred: Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
