We’re looking for a motivated, communicative, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to help us connect with potential customers across North America. Join Loamy, a growing U.
S.-based startup transforming the food supply chain through innovative software solutions. We help businesses improve food safety, quality, and operational efficiency through technology. ? What you’ll do:
• Generate new business opportunities and book qualified meetings through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers
• Qualify leads and schedule product demos.
• Execute personalized outbound campaigns and multi-touch sequences.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Track activities and work toward monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate activity and prospect information in Salesforce and related sales tools. ? What we’re looking for:
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing roles.
• Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.




• Confidence making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, coachable, and willing to learn.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work setup.
• Experience in SaaS, technology sales, or working with U.
S.-based customers is a plus ? Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay: $2,500 USD/month for 40 hours per week.
• At sales quota, total monthly compensation can reach $5,000 USD ($2,500 base + $2,500 in performance-based variable commission).
