Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in scientific data, environmental safety, and life sciences testing solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented administrative professional to join their finance department. Grow with an international company and expand your experience!

Main Responsibilities

- Process invoices accurately for payment, verifying account codes, authorizations, and supporting documentation.

- Schedule and execute timely payment runs to safeguard corporate assets and maintain vendor satisfaction.

- Resolve inquiries and discrepancies from vendors, reviewing statements, packing slips, and contract terms as needed.

- Maintain vendor records and documentation, ensuring complete and up-to-date compliance records (including W-9 forms).

- Perform month-end close procedures and generate periodic accounts payable reports to ensure accounting data integrity.

- Assist with departmental training and contribute to administrative process improvements.

Idóneo Profile

- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; secondary education in Accounting, Finance,



or Business is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in accounts payable or administrative accounting support roles.

- Technical & Language Skills: Solid understanding of basic AP principles, proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and MS Excel, and proficient English language skills (written and spoken).

- Competencies: High attention to detail, business arithmetic accuracy, strong organizational skills, and vendor communication abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Gross Monthly Salary: $25,908.75 MXN (Net ~$21,440 MXN).

- Food Vouchers: $1,500 MXN monthly.

- Telework Support: $800 MXN monthly.
