Your roleWe are seeking a motivated Enovia Support Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in L2/L3 support for Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE PLM systems, with hands-on exposure to Simulation Lifecycle Management (SLM). The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of PLM and simulation processes.
* Provide L2/L3 production support for Enovia PLM applications.
* Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application, configuration, and data-related issues in Enovia.
* Monitor system health, application logs, and performance metrics.
* Support Enovia deployments, upgrades, and patch implementations.
* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and provide permanent fixes.
* Handle data fixes, MQL queries,



and configuration changes when required.

Your profile
* 4–6 years of experience supporting Enovia PLM applications.* Good knowledge of Java/JPOs/JSPs/TCLs and Enovia customizations.* Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.* Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts or on-call support schedules.## Work on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.
