With a strong focus on people, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the company is seeking an experienced HR professional to support its ongoing growth and organisational development initiatives.
Lead the HR function for an automotive manufacturing plant.
Drive employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives.
Manage employee relations, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce performance.
Partner closely with plant leadership to support business objectives.
Lead and develop the HR team.




Implement talent management and workforce planning strategies.
Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and support operational needs.
Monitor HR KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
A successful HR Manager should have:
~6+ years of HR leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.
~ Strong operational HR background within a plant environment.
~ Experience leading and developing HR teams.
~ Advanced English proficiency is required.
~ Hands-on approach with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
