Role Description The Executivo de cuenta por cobrar y pagar is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This position manages accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including the recording, verification, and reconciliation of invoices, payments, and collections.

Responsibilities include monitoring outstanding balances, following up with clients and vendors, preparing payment schedules, and ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and on time. The role also involves assisting with month-end closing, supporting financial reporting, and maintaining organized documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. The executive will collaborate closely with finance, operations,



and customer service teams to support smooth cash flow and strong business relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice management, reconciliations, and cash application.
- Experience working with accounting or ERP systems, spreadsheets, and financial databases to manage and analyze transaction data.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial controls; prior experience in the pharmaceutical or distribution sector is a plus.
- Relevant technical or university studies in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish, with basic English reading or communication skills considered an advantage.
