We are seeking a motivated Finance leader who will be responsible for supervising and authorizing day-to-day payments, as well as overseeing the payment processing staff under their supervision, and managing relationships with suppliers. Liquidity management, short-term financial planning, and the administration of incoming payments. Ensuring that day-to-day payments are recorded in the system and reconcile with bank disbursements as shown on bank statements.

Provides updates to suppliers regarding the status of their payments. Maintains relationships with banks and financial institutions. Reports to management.

Idóneo Candidate

- Required education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, public accounting, or a related field




- 2 to 3 years of experience managing a finance team or as Finance leader.
- Knowledge of the banking industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Excel)
- Advanced English

Key Contribution

- • Direct supervision of the team under their responsibility. Overseeing and authorizing payments to vendors.
- • Resolving discrepancies that arise during the process
- • Ensuring that payments are made correctly (correct bank accounts and correct vendor)
- • Reconciliation of payments with bank accounts
- • Control and management: Ensuring there are no bottlenecks in daily operations
- • Liaising with banks and financial institutions (credit cards)
- • Maintaining good relationships with suppliers to safeguard the company's reputation as a timely payer
- • Management of financing (factoring)
- • Reporting to management
