Graphic Designer (Mid / Senior) – Tradeview Markets

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with solid experience in graphic design and creative conceptualization, who also has working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing to collaborate with our video team. You will be part of the design team, working closely with the video and UI/UX teams to deliver cohesive, elegant, premium-quality work on every project.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design integrated graphic campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Create assets for social media, email and web banners, animation and video, and visual proposals for landing pages.
- Design printed materials, corporate presentations, and merchandising, and provide creative support for booth and stand design at international trade shows.
- Apply graphic design to video projects, including storyboarding, asset creation, and motion graphics packages, with strong command of branding, typography, color, and composition for the screen.
- Create storyboards for motion graphics and 2D animation videos. Collaborate with other editors to integrate design and animation into various projects, ensuring production efficiency.
- Apply and maintain Tradeview’s branding, along with that of its sub-brands and products, consistently across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency.
- Support the video team with motion graphics and animation when needed.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and raise design quality.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in graphic design (agency, in-house, or large-scale projects), with a strong portfolio.




- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro (motion graphics and video editing).
- Ability to use AI tools to generate images and video.
- Proficiency in Figma, or willingness to learn. UI design knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work with storyboards and translate visual concepts into finished assets.
- Ability to propose new graphic styles while keeping designs aligned with an established style when required.
- Experience with integrated campaigns (digital + video + print).
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and the use of AI applied to design.
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize when deadlines overlap.
- Clear communication, openness to feedback, and a collaborative attitude.
- Intermediate English or higher.
