Full time Pay role The Hybrid Infrastructure and OpenShift Architect designs, optimizes, and secures enterprise environments spanning physical infrastructure, virtualized systems, and container platforms. This role bridges traditional systems (IBM Middleware, Windows Server) with modern orchestration platforms (Red Hat OpenShift), ensuring performance, perimeter security, and business continuity (Disaster Recovery Plan – DRP).

- Language: Advanced Professional English proficiency (minimum B2–C1 level, approximately 80% proficiency).
- Experience: More than 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- OpenShift Architecture: Design, install, and govern Red Hat OpenShift clusters in hybrid environments, including persistent storage and OpenShift Virtualization.
- Design and Sizing: Calculate critical infrastructure sizing requirements (CPU cores, RAM, storage, and IOPS) based on application performance metrics.
- Systems and Middleware: Lead the Windows Server upgrade roadmap from version 2022 to 2026 and maintain the enterprise middleware stack, including IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and IBM HTTP Server (IHS).
- Networking and Security:



Design network segmentation (VLANs and DMZs), implement security policies using firewalls and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), and configure advanced traffic load balancing with F5 solutions.
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (DRP): Design high-availability topologies (clusters and replicas) and disaster recovery plans for infrastructure and databases.

Technical Requirements
- Containers: Advanced, demonstrable experience in the architecture and operation of Red Hat OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
- Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2022/2026 and enterprise virtualization technologies.
- Networking and Security: Strong experience with traditional networking, perimeter firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), and F5 technologies (LTM/GTM).
- Middleware: Experience administering IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and IBM HTTP Server (IHS).
- Storage: Expertise in SAN/NAS technologies, backup strategies, and data replication schemes.

Preferred Certifications
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration / Automation (EX280 / EX380).
- Advanced certifications in Microsoft Windows Server, F5 technologies, or cybersecurity.
