Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Market Research o Conducts market data analysis

Customer Research o Source customer data o Produce qualified customer list

Sales Planning o Build and implement sales plan o Modifies as required





Engaging Customers o Calls customers to re-establish relationship with TIGER o Identify opportunities to sell our products

Sales o Sells our products to meet customer needs o Negotiates prices and contracts

Administrative Services o Update customer information in CRM o Prepare reports

Requirements

- Minimum high school diploma
- Post-secondary education in business/sales an asset
- Minimum 3 years in a service or sales capacity
- Customer relations environment
- Have previously conducted market research
- Experience in a powder coatings organization an asset
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong working knowledge of SAP preferred
- English Advanced /Bilingual is a MUST, this position will report into the Inside Sales Manager located in Canada and will assist our US customers.
- Skilled in conducting market and customer research
- Knowledge in building sales plans an asset
- Knowledge of Powder Coatings an asset
- Skilled in selling techniques preferred
- Skilled in negotiation practices preferred
- Refer to behavioral competences
