Job Overview

Our client is looking for a licensed Insurance Agent / Insurance Account Manager (AMS360) to handle policy quoting, client communication, and administrative account management. In this full-time remote role, you will manage both personal and commercial lines across carriers for products such as Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, and Commercial properties.

Using AMS360, you will process policies from initial information gathering to final issuance while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance. Operating during US business hours, this position requires strong customer service skills and hands-on experience within US insurance markets.

Monday - Friday, 9AM-6PM (8 hours a day, 1 hour unpaid break) Omaha,NE Timezone

Responsibilities

- Quote and manage insurance policies for personal and commercial clients.
- Use AMS360 to maintain accurate client, policy, and account information.
- Prepare and compare insurance quotes across available carriers and markets.
- Handle quotes for: Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, Rental properties, Apartments, Hotels, Standard and excess markets.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding quotes, coverage, policy changes, renewals, and other insurance needs.
- Gather and verify client information and documentation required for quoting and policy issuance.
- Follow up with carriers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other account servicing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within AMS360 and other systems.
- Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with applicable insurance regulations and company procedures.




- Provide professional customer service while identifying opportunities to meet additional client insurance needs.

Requirements

- Active US insurance license is highly sought after.
- Verifiable hands-on experience using AMS360.
- Experience quoting and servicing multiple insurance products.
- Experience with auto, home, umbrella, rental properties, apartments, and/or hotels is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with both standard and excess insurance markets is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of insurance policy administration and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and carriers by phone and email.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
