General Description

Responsible for warehouse administration and/or providing support to production, maintaining all materials in good condition, providing support and training to team leaders and material handlers, and keeping production lines running.

Experience and Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Five years of warehouse leadership or internal material handling experience and hands-on experience as a large-scale supervisor are required.

Knowledge, Skills And Certifications

- Coordinate efficient communication among all teams according to shipping/receiving, warehouse inventory, and internal material handling teams.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and administrative skills.
- Microsoft Office and SAP
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology
- Analytical
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong drive and motivation.
- Knowledge of MRP, JIT system, ISO, SPC, and SAP
- Knowledge in procurement, internal logistics, external logistics, customs, planning, purchasing, transportation, inventory control, and warehousing

Main Duties And Responsibilities

- Follow H&S; rules and provide a safe operating environment for their team and colleagues.
- Follow up on material delivery logistics strategies, ensuring process execution and controls.
- Measure logistics performance and ensure execution discipline in logistics operations.
- Lead material handling efficiency and warehouse layout design.
- Responsible for process optimization within the Logistics Department. In addition, ensure departmental objectives for PSP/DMAIC/OPS and IDEA are achieved.
- Respect and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Production support.
- Training.
- Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the department supervisor.




- Perform safety-related activities.
- Promote continuous improvement and customer focus.
- Ensure the implementation and follow-up of BRPMS initiatives.
- Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the department manager.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) established for their role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
- Comply with safety regulations according to the role.
- Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
