Key Responsibilities
- Track domestic and international shipments from origin to destination.
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with DHL, FedEx, UPS, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Prepare and organize customs, import/export, and shipping documentation.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and resolve logistics issues.
- Coordinate material deliveries and arrivals with the warehouse and internal departments.
- Request quotations and negotiate freight rates with logistics providers.
- Review freight invoices, monitor shipping costs, and support payment processing.
- Maintain accurate digital shipment records and logistics reports.
Job Requirements
- Education: Technical degree, or bachelor's degree.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, import/export, or supply chain is desirable.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of import/export processes and customs documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
