This internship offers hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, supporting production processes, and contributing to efficiency improvements within a dynamic industrial environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring production lines and identifying areas for process optimization.
- Collect and analyze production data to support decision-making and report generation.
- Support engineering teams in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping related to manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain.
Job Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
