Your tasks

Responsible to implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing process, ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPI's: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time.

New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment. Develop process and instructions for processes, write material to train technicians, and processes for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and corrective.

Your profile

1. Analytical and skills for problem solving techniques.
2. Statically analysis knowledge (minitab)
3. Experience in core tools (PFMEA, CP, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP)
4. Knowledge on DMMs, VVT's, and technical specifications by mechanical process
5. + 5 Years in mechanical process Area
6. Excellent communication skills: Internal and external.
7. Ability to work effectively in cross functional, and multifunctional teams. In a general environment
8. High knowledge on ESD standards
9. Preference bilingual English-Spanish 75%.
10. High Teamwork interaction
