NeoWork is hiring Operations Associates to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly for U.S. companies. You will handle back-office tasks, maintain systems and data, and help teams run more efficiently.
NeoWork is a general staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows and back-office tasks
- Maintain accurate data in CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Document processes and keep SOPs up to date
- Prepare basic reports and track operational metrics
- Support special projects as the business grows
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
- Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM tools or automation tools such as Zapier
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish
