Organizational Development and Talent Management Specialist

Work Location: Hybrid (based in Mexico City)

Purpose of the Role

Design and implement organizational development and talent management strategies for General Motors' dealer network, strengthening leadership, commercial performance, and organizational culture using modern methodologies and advanced digital tools.

Required Profile o Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

o Certifications in talent management, performance evaluation, organizational culture, agile methodologies, and digital tools or AI applied to training.

o Experience in leadership development programs, succession planning, climate diagnostics, and competency-based management.





Technical Knowledge

- Change management and competency models.
- 360° evaluations and talent KPIs (turnover, sales, customer satisfaction index, productivity).
- Creation of interactive digital content using tools like Genially, Canva, and Rise.
- Applied storytelling techniques and classroom training delivery.

Competencies

- Strategic business vision.
- Executive communication skills and a digital mindset.
- Analytical thinking and results orientation.
- Ability to work with multiple distributors simultaneously.
