Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated PMC Engineer to support our Production and Material Control operations. This role is suitable for candidates with a background in Supply Chain or related areas who are eager to expand their knowledge of production planning, material management, and manufacturing operations. We value a positive attitude, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and updating of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and delivery requirements.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to support production schedules.
- Follow up on material shortages and assist in coordinating solutions with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and suppliers.
- Support inventory monitoring and material control activities to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Coordinate material preparation and delivery according to production requirements.
- Track production progress and communicate potential delays or issues to the relevant teams.




- Assist with material forecasting and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities.
- Follow up on Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and material changes to ensure proper coordination and implementation.
- Prepare and maintain production planning, material availability, and inventory reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth production operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and learn best practices in production and material control.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain or a related area, regardless of industry.
- Previous experience in PMC or electronics manufacturing is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, material planning, logistics, purchasing, or production processes.
- Proactive, flexible, positive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
