Webasto is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Intern to support supplier management and purchasing operations. You'll work on real tasks involving supplier databases, quality certifications, purchasing data, and invoice reviews while supporting the team's daily activities.
What You'll Do
- Update supplier databases and monitor quality certifications (IATF 16949 & ISO 9001)
- Download and analyze BOMs and prepare tracking lists
- Send emails and follow up with suppliers
- Support contract generation
- Review blocked invoices by comparing system prices with supplier invoices
- Support customer requirements
