We are looking for bookkeepers to join our team. The idóneo candidate should have experience in accounting with at least one year U. S. exposure in nonprofit accounting, possess a strong command of English, and be able to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform bookkeeping functions following U. S. rules. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting reporting standards. Reconcile bank statements and oversee accounts payable/receivable, and donation platforms. Utilize accounting software and maintain accurate records, in specific Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop. Communicate with clients as needed to ensure all information is timely received. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.



At least 2 years of experience in an accounting position . 1 year of exposure with U. S. CPA firm . Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks (Desktop and Online), Microsoft Office 365, and MS Teams. High level of English proficiency (written and spoken). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Ability to comprehend and address client requests and questions. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
