Memphis, TN The Job You Will Perform:

· Provide recruiting support to assigned recruiter(s) assisting with job posting, screening, scheduling interviews and travel.

· Assist with correspondence to candidates, HR and hiring managers

· Initiate and manage pre-employment assessment screenings

· This position reports to the Business Talent Acquisition Leader or Team Lead

· Develop high-level understanding of IP business and offerings The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

· 1-2 years of administrative support experience in an HR environment

· Previous recruiting experience is a plus

· Proficiency with various job boards, recruiting tools and ATS is a plus

· Action Oriented, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Skills, Dealing with Ambiguity, Time Management and Organizational Skills
